News
Economic justice work in the area is continuing. Co-chair Tim Grippen of Opportunities for Broome, Inc. publishes a monthly newspaper called the Labor-Community Reporter. Former Religion Co-chair, Rev. Tim Taugher has worked with "Just Faith" in his Roman Catholic parish and is planning to offer "J Walking" for young people.

Friends of this new coalition gathered for an 40-hour Fast Opening Interfaith Service on March 12, 2003, at the. First Presbyterian Church, 42 Chenango St. in downtown Binghamton. The Fast closing was at the First Congregational Church, corner of Main and Front Sts., Binghamton.
